This $400 package includes

  • Initial 50-min session to talk about where you are and where you want to be

  • Short-term goal setting

  • Two 50-min follow up sessions over 4-6 week period.

  • Email/chat between sessions as needed

12-Week Coaching Package

 

This $1200 package includes

  • Initial 50-min session to talk about where you are and where you want to be

  • Short- and long-term goal setting
